Why Asparagus?

Asparagus is a top tip for boosting fertility - not just for its famous aphrodisiac qualities but also because asparagus is full of folate.

Folic acid can help reduce ovulation problems and is essential to take before and during pregnancy as it contributes to maternal tissue growth and helps to prevent neural tube defects.

The Recipe

6 Eggs
3 Spring onions
1 Clove garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
100g goats’ cheese
250g cherry tomatoes
6 Asparagus
2 Sprigs fresh thyme
